What are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs are free for purchases over 300 CHF.
Our orders are shipped by our partner Veolog for deliveries to France, Switzerland and Great Britain.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times begin upon receipt of an email confirmation of your order. Delivery times average between 2 and 4 business days, depending on the delivery method.
Some items may also be subject to additional delivery times. If this is the case, our Customer Service will contact you to inform you of the time it will take to receive your order.

How do I track the delivery of my order?
